Engineering & Fire Services Int’l. is registered as a Thai Company and provides professional services to Thailand businesses. The Company is headquartered in Bangkok in the GMM Grammy Place building on Asoke Road, with the capability of serving all areas of the country.

EFS provides key engineering services to industrial, commercial and property development Clients, which includes Mechanical and Electrical design and specification documents and on-site engineering consultancy. Our services also include the provision of facility fire/life safety audits.

The range of expertise of EFS senior staff includes Building Services Engineering Design as well as specializations in Fire Protection, Life Safety and Wastewater Treatment. Their engineering experience provides the background for offering these services in the specific areas of detection and alarm systems, wet systems, special hazards systems and fire & life safety surveys.

EFS’ affiliation with Australian Fire Services SA Pty. Ltd., Australia and Deluge Fire Protection (S.E.A.) Pte. Ltd., Singapore provides any needed international assistance for major fire protection projects acquired within the region. With the full support of these two companies, EFS can provide the expertise required covering all aspects of the fire protection industry.
